If there’s one thing you can count on during your visit to Cedar Valley Hunt Club, it’s a delicious dessert provided by your host, Traci Christensen! Traci’s Fireball Bundt Cake will leave you feeling warm and cozy and deliciously satisfied. Here’s how to make it at home!
Ingredients:
1 box of spice cake mix
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Fireball Whiskey
1/4 cup milk (or water)
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts divided
Directions:
In a large bowl, blend together cake mix, pudding mix, oil, whiskey, milk and eggs. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a well-greased bundt pan and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes (until the edges are brown and a toothpick near the center comes out clean). Do not overcook! Remove on a wire rack to cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter to cool completely. DO NOT COOL COMPLETELY IN THE PAN, the cake will stick!
Fireball Cream Cheese Frosting
8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
5 tbsp Fireball
4 cups powdered sugar
Apply to the top of the cake and top with remaining nuts.
